APK installation problem

So i was downloading an APK file for a game i play often, and it wasn't the first time. However, the "install" button is blank, in a sense, so i cannot install the file. Note that this problem is specific with the game, as other apks are fine. Also, it doesnt clash with another file, as i made sure to delete it beforehand.

The game itself is One Piece treasure cruise (JP), its unmodded, but for some reason the download isn't working.

Have you tried contacting the developer? They may have taken the download offline to update it or there's a problem with the download site itself.
