Help apk storage

Where are apk's stored in Infuse 4g?

Generally the only apk's on your phone are the ones you download and they end up wherever you put them. Try sdcard/downloads

Note that apps installed from the playstore are not stored on the phone as APK's (unless you use software to conver them to apd)

Thanks for replying.
I finally figured out what I needed to know.
Another ? if you don't mind.
I recently flashed to CM 4.2.1 and now voice mail does not work.
I get voice mail but my code no longer works and its the only one I have.
Can it be from upgrading?
