APK?

I need help on extracting an APK file I have the URL from the Google Play Store I just don't know how to isolate it and just have the APK file so I can download it to my computer or to my phone without installing it I only have to do one file so I think there's a website for it isn't there? Or do I have to put a browser out on let me know.

1. download the APK to your phone via the PS
2. using any backup app, backup the APK noting its destination location
3. using any file manager app, transfer the APK to another phone or your PC
4. thank me very much

Not what I was looking for but thanks for trying.   I know that there is a website that will convert and then download from a URL you provide from the app on the play store for you.  I don't remember the website Though.
