Root apkmultitools error

Im trying to change my lockscreen text following this tutorial http://androidforums.com/esteem-all-things-root/529120-video-tutorial-change-your-lock-screen-text.html but i keep getting the same error over and over again saying it cannot find the file specified. Any ideas why and how to fix this?

I recommend using apktool, find a guide online on how to set it . I can help you with the commands and what to do if you want. its pretty easy and fun typing all the commands lol

So i got apktools, what now?

hold down the shift button and while holding right click the mouse, then on the drop down menu choose "open terminal" (cant rememeber what it says) and a terminal should open up

I have apktool running in the command line. What's next?

type "apktool if SystemUI.apk" and hit enter, don't type the " and make sure you have your SystemUI.apk in the apktool directory

Im trying to edit 'framework-res.apk' but im also getting error messages that dont understand
