Help APN setting for MMS and no internet??

I just bought a brand new Galaxy W SGH-T679M and was wondering if anyone knows if i can set the APN settings so that my programs/phone does not access the data on the network and wrack up my bill but which allows me to still send video/picture messages which are free in my plan.... please help me i am new to androids and this forum

erm, hye, based on my my experience , set as usuall data setting, just delete the internet, just left the mms setting, and turn on ur data network back. that's all
