Help APN Settings for Mobicel Tablet.

Can someone please assist with APN settings for Mobicel Echo 10" Tablet? I cannot view, change or add any APN setting. My device is dual sim and rooted. OS Android Kitkat
 
APN settings vary depending on which network provider you're using, so knowing that will help. Also, if you can't edit the existing APN or add a new one then the correct settings for your provider won't be of any use.

Have you contacted Mobicel themselves for advice?
