APN Settings... HELP

Hi all,

I hope someone can help me with this... I have been unable to send or receive MMS. When I try, I get the message "check APN settings and try again". I've tried this with no positive results. I am unable to edit any APN settings because they're greyed out and I also can't delete existing or add new.

I would like to be able to solve this without rooting.. any help would be greatly appreciated

Sounds like it could be a carrier version S6 Edge, e.g. Sprint, AT&T, Verizon, Tracfone, Cricket, Straight Talk, etc. and if so, do you have service with that carrier?

I have a Verizon S6 edge. I only have problems sending pictures and that is to anybody on any carrier. I can call and text all those same people.
