t12b25

Android Enthusiast
Hi everybody, ever since my 5.1 update my apn settings aren't sticking. As soon as I turn off and turn on my phone the apn settings change right there and then. I have to then go into the settings and select the right ones. Any fixes? Ideas? Help?. Any help would be appreciated.
thank you,
Anthony.

Hi sorry for the delay factory reset everything, and I'm still having the issue... I am on metro pcs... And the apn is...

Thank you,
Anthony.

And is your phone stock / unrooted, or have you perhaps enabled the LTE hack? (No judgment here, that's one of my favorite things about the N4, it just adds another layer of complexity.)

Yes stock unrooted I'm sure this phone would be much better rooted, but I don't even have a computer right now. Anyway, it switched on me again when I rebooted earlier didn't notice till later. Thank you for all the help, Anthony.

What other APNs are listed?

It may be worth a try to delete all the APNs except the Metro / T-Mobile one that you need.

I also found a thread for the Nexus 5 that describes a similar issue - maybe it can help you out: http://androidforums.com/threads/solved-nexus-5-t-mobile-apn-stick.808619/
