I have an lg p500 which used to be on t mobile but I have now had it unlocked for o2 but I need an my apn settings so I can go on the internet please help

Did you look for an apn app on the market?
Search for it on your pc or connect to via wifi and download it, it will automatically (if rooted) update your settings, or manually.
