Hi there :)

New Version 3.7.4 is available on Google Play.

LSubs - it is video player that will help you to learn or improve most of common languages,
by watching any movies/tv-series with translatable subtitles in real time.

LSubs works just like all other well-known players, such as: MX Player, VLC Player, etc., where you can watch videos from the device and from the Internet.

How it works:
You are watching your favorite movie (from your local device or from internet) on language that you prefer to learn with subtitles on that language. If you don't know some words or full sentences then just only tap on this word or select full sentence and you'll see popup with translation on your known language.

New version 3.3.8 is on Google Play already.

Here are some new features:

1. Added the following setting:
- to enable\disable auto-hiding interface
- to enable\disable auto pause video after subtitles rewinding
- to select character instead of word in the subtitle for translation
- to auto-reduce the size of the subtitle if it is too long

Hey there :)

Finally, LSubs supports Android Smart TV. I've spent a lot of time and effort to make it.

Here's how you can translate subtitles using the remote control:
1. Pres Down key in the player mode (when you watch your favorite movie/tv-series) to enable subtitles mode
2. In the subtitles mode:
- Left/Right buttons - select word
- Long press Left/Right to select several words
- Long press Enter button to select full subtitle
- Press the Enter button to translate the selected word/phrase
- Press Back to return to player mode​

So, it is very easy.

P.S. Use it on TVs with a minimum of 150 MB of free RAM. LSubs has low performance on TVs with less than 100MB of free RAM.
