App access to anyone

I have an S7 running Android 7. I have a passcode set on my phone. I have an ICE (in case of emergency) app that I would like to give anyone access to who needed to see it. Is there a way to do that & still keep my security settings?

I'm not sure whether you can allow a app to bypass your security settings to run tbh.

On a lot of phones you can set contact information or emergency information onto your lock screen and/or "always on display", with some phones having an ICE feature built in.

With my S8+ I can set a lockscreen notification without having to compromise on security.

But I believe it depends how much information you wish displayed and what type of information as mine has an character limit of 65.
