AutoKam is a simple and convenient application that allows you to record the image before your vehicle. There are more and more cameras for creating such recordings on the market, but not everyone is able to invest more money into such a device. AutoKam comes with the help. If you have Android 3.0 and above, you can use the power of your smartphone to create a car DVR system.
What AutoKam has in its basic version?
- Recording in four qualities
- Automatically delete old data in the event of lack of space on the memory card
- Split recordings into a 5 minute fragments
- Information about the street you are on
- The current speed at which you travel
In future releases, the application will come with a sensor of a sudden braking and collision detection, which will automatically lock the record and it will not be removed in case of lack of space on the card until the user will not remove the lock on the file. Additionally AutoKam will be connected with navigation, allowing simultaneous recording and the use of navigation in one window!
