App Brain Backup / Restore

Hi, could someone let me know how to backup the apps installed on my device using app brain (just so I don't have to find them all on the marlet again I know app brain doesn't backup settings).

In the past I have tried syncing my phone before a factory reset but when I sync again after the reset (sync from my phone so not sure if that's the problem) the list of apps installed shown on the web is reduced to those on the phone - the old ones do not come back on my phone...

Could someone let me know what I'm doing wrong please as I need to send my ohone in for repair and don't want to find and download all of my apps again afterwards!

You need to go to the website and into your account settings. You will see that there are two lists for your "current" apps. The one of apps you currently have and one from before the restore. Change the default list to the old one and sync again. They should all pop up in the app on the phone for you to hit perform installs.

I missed it when I first started using the app as well
