If you are sure it's coming through the browser and not being served by an app, then clearing the browsers (and browser app) cache and data, then rebooting your phone should clear it.

I have 360 Photo Editor factory installed by Samsung. I just disabled it and wait to see whether it will stop the AD.

Update> Still has a problem..

download the latest version apk online and install it so the pacage ... install it as new app

Mine wasn't factory, I thought it was. It was defiantly the culprit I've install near every app back I Uninstalled except it with no repeat error. Regretfully like you are experiencing these developer's are doing this ad like malware and not stating who they are directly. It's a crap practice that I thought was banned in the app store. Uninstall every app on yoir phone post factory. Then if still there disable the factory ones one at a time. Then tell us the AHole app.

I eventually factory-reset my phone. It was one of the most horrible experience I have had with the Android phone. I suspect that either Mobile Config or Smart Scan is the culprit. Not 100% sure..I just gave up and factory-reset the phone. Thanks, guys!

"Smart Scan" is one app that many people are naming in these discussions.

However, there are quite a few apps called "Smart Scan" in the Play Store, so we need the developer's name in order to know which is guilty.
