Help app could not download due to an error

Hi,

For the 2nd time in a month I havent been able to update or download any apps. Every time I try, I get an error"app could not download due to an error". The first time this happend I fpund a solution on a forum which involved clearing a cache or user data. I cant remember exactly, but it wasnt hard, just a few clicks and a soft reset. However, I cant seem to find this solution on the net anymore, and as ive forgotten the steps im a little stuck. Could anyone provide a solution to help.

I've managed the fix this.

You need to delete your google account from within settings > accounts and sync. Remove your account, turn your phone off and on and then open the market app. Add your google account and bingo bango, start downloading at your will.
