Apps App Development HELP???????

Hello there
I am trying to get started into the APP Marketing. But how ever my funds are not so good right now.
I was woundering if anyone could help me find a development team that will pay for the APP and we cut a percentage on the Market.

I have been looking around for awhile but I can only find hourly work.

Until you publish something really stellar, I wouldn't expect to find something like this. Most of us just develop free apps that are ad supported. If you can make something that is awesome on a thread bare budget you just might find yourself making enough from ads to be able to start a more professional app with higher development costs, or at the least you'd have an impressive enough portfolio to be able to have that discussion with a development ream about paying for the app and marketing it.
