Please I will like to develop an app for one of the sectors in my country Nigeria. However I'm not a geek neither can I program. Can sm1 tell me what to do. I'd wanna merge wit sm1 who can create the app but I ain't got d money to pay any1 now, yet there ur issues learning myself. Any help?
