app downloading

Tried to download clean master app on my samsung galaxy 3 and it won't stop. Been going on 15 minutes. T-mobile is my carrier.
 
Downloading hangs on a computer too, using a browser. It's part of life on the internet. If it gets annoying enough, close the Play app, open it again and try another download.
