app drawer

Yes, I received the option for an app drawer in an update about a week ago, and immediately switched to using it. Lack of an app drawer was one of the things I hated most about the iPhone. Having one for the Stylo 2 resolves the biggest issue I had with the phone.

Just installed the Android System Update V5 and it included now the option to download the Home & App drawer. I downloaded/installed it and now I've got an app drawer! Funny thing is it actually changed a bunch of other stuff on my home screens which I'm still sorting out. But looks cool.

How does one get this update, is it ota?

I checked in the settings of my phone just now and apparently I have an update waiting, but I'm not able to download it for some reason. There is no download button, no restart and install now button, nothing. I think the screen shot in the post I made about it, if you could check it out that would be awesome.

Go to settings/about phone/update center. Update your lg stuff. Once you click to go to the home screen you will get prompted to pick some home options, pick " home and app drawer", and select it to be your default. Voila!!!

I see nothing that says home & App drawer, just home.

I downloaded the app drawer and used it for awhile then uninstalled it. I went back to the default launcher. I set up my screens the way I wanted and dumped the apps I don't use too much in a folder. Then I dropped that folder where the app drawer would be. I like the fact the LG backup app backs up the default launcher the way you set everything up so you can restore it. LG backup wouldn't back up the app drawer launcher.
