App for changing IP address?

[Wenatchee Wiz]

Is there a way to change the IP on my phone? I was banned from a sports forum and just want to make a new account. I am not trying to do anything illegal, only want to talk smack to rival sports fans.

Shut down your modem/router and start it again.
That should you give a new address in internet

An app that will show you your internet address is Network Signal Info.
So you might look that your internet address has changed.

I'm not using the wifi feature, it was just the internet on the phone itself.

I see

Not sure about, but your phone's IP address might change after restarting the phone.

You could use Network Signal Info to look at.

I'll try that...Any other ideas? Someone told me to root my phone, but I don't even know what that is or if I could even do it. I need a quick easy way to change my IP.

It works

I just tried it. Restarting my phone has changed my ID address.

Update:
Mobile data switching off and then on again does the same
I'm on T-Mobile.

Thanks, I am downloading the app right now, will confirm if I get back to hating on the Steelers and Patriots.
