App for screen dimming in the taskbar?

Is there an app that mimics the functionality of the Samsung Droid Charge?

You basically could tap and hold on the notification bar up top, then slide left and right to change the screen brightness. I've done a bunch of searching but maybe I don't have the right terms, or they are too vague!

Thanks all!

I use a paid app called Tasker. I made little Widgets on my homescreen that control different system setting. Its an advanced program In my opinion(Can be used to do advanced tasks i think) but i managed to make buttons set my screen to lowest light and mid bright (Which is bright enough in daytime for me) easily. One touch of each button. Try it out! Idk if theres a way to put it in the dock though.

Thanks, but that's not what I'm looking for.

You just tap and hold on the Droid Charge, and you just slide left and right, acts like the brightness slider in settings, but doesn't pop anything up.
