app for sharing files with iPAD

I have a rooted Droid Incredible, I have a wifi app to share internet with my IPAD but what I was hoping was for an app that could also share pics/videos etc. with my iPad. I guess the idea came from reading about the AirStash device so basically I would want to use my Incredible as an AirStash. Any ideas?
 
Bumb on Android at least does photos. Although, the Android offering of Bump doesn't have everything the iOS app has available.
 
Thanks guys for the suggestion, I should have maybe been a bit more detailed, in my request, I really would want my droid to be a media server for my Ipad. One of the ways I would like to use it is to be able to take my SD card out of camera put it into my Droid incredible and then using my IPAD to view the pictures.
