Not sure about a blog, but Vlingo works like a charm at most things, text, email, navigation or opening up your calendar using voice.

What kind of blog do you have? I have developed an app that can do voice to text updates to twitter, if you have a blog app on you phone I might be able to tweak it some to meet your needs. Let me know.
