App for Wifi SD Card?

I've just bought a Tab 4 which I would like to connect to a wifi SD card in my SLR camera. Can anyone tell me how to do this, or which app I will need ?

Hi fader1457, and welcome to Android Forums

Some manufacturers of wifi-enabled SD cards have their own Android apps available to connect to the cards: EyeFi, Trascend. Is your card either of those?
