I am new developer, and I just finished an app called CountItDown!. It is your basic countdown app, which simply said, permits you to know the exact time there is until an event or since an event. It offers you multiple units in which the countdowns are shown, like heartbeats left or dog years left. CountItDown! doesn't offer a widget yet, but it supports the new Daydream feature found in Android 4.2+.
It is made for Android Jelly Bean, but it is compatible all the way up to Gingerbread.
I love hearing comments on the design, features, etc... so that I can become a better Android coder.
