[app help] Lost Securebox password. Options? OR is reset required?

Good Morning All,
Hoping for some resolution here.
I have had an HTC EVO 4G LTE for some time now. Since the day I set everything up I recall the set up process involving the secure box.
I apparently set a password and have no idea what it was.
How can I reset it or reset my password?

from what I understand a factory reset is your only option if you are unable to find the correct password.

i moved this thread to the app section since many devices have this app installed. perhaps others who have used this app can help and chime in here.
