Apps app integration with google voice

I am trying to make an app that enables or disables forwarding google voice phones. Is there any way to integrate with google voice so I don't have to store user credentials and so I can access the forwarding phones. The only method I have been able to find so far is going through the web interface, but its poorly documented and only implements inbox functionality.Any info would be much appreciated.
