App is not installing

I'm trying to install an aftermarket launcher on my phone, and for the past 24 hours it has been Starting download... Is this something i should be worried about? Its a Huawei M835, and it runs on Metro PCS so i know its slow, but I live in a area that mostly gets five bars so it should not be taking anywhere near this long.

Any thoughts?

Are you installing from the market? If not then do you have the 'unknown sources' box checked off in the settings > applications

I am downloading it from the market. I do have the box checked anyway.

Go to menu>settings>applications>manage applications and click the "all" tab. Scroll down to the market app and click on it. Clear the cache and the app data and then reboot your phone. This will clear all information in the market app including the downloads.

Once the phone is rebooted, open the market app. You will have to re-accept the terms of service agreement. Then try and get the launcher again.

Giving it a shot now, I'll edit this with the results when I get them.

Here we go, thanks man! It even gave me back the old version of Market, I like it better and it goes faster.
