Help App keeps asking for an update for more storage

Every seven days, I have a reminder from some app that I have used all of my backup space (5G) and am prompted to purchase for a monthly fee more space. I use a different backup procedure, so I don't need what this is offering, but I can't figure out what app is giving me the reminder so I can change its settings.

Any ideas what app might be giving me this kind of reminder? I know this isn't much to go on, but I am hoping someone else gets the same reminder and knows what is causing it.

Who's your carrier? A lot of them will include their own version of backup as a system app and enable it by default. Samsung does that too, but you have to setup a Samsung account and they don't hide it like the carriers do.

The next time you get the notification, pull down the notification bar and long-press on the notification. You should see the app that sent it.

I'll try the long press. I have clicked on the link, but that didn't tell me anything, but it wasn't a long press.
