I really like this app, Frame Clock, which uses the edges of the screen to make an analog clock that always shows no mater what app you're in:

I'd love to have the same functionality on my Windows computers: no matter what context, the screen's outer pixels are used to make an analog clock. Does anyone know of such a Windows application?
