Apps App Lock!

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum but, I'm trying to get some help on a project I'm currently involved with...and potentially some work for someone!

I'm working with a client who we have built a web based auction site for. They want to run the online site during events (sit down meals), so guests can make bids during the meal.

The system is completely built and work fine but, they need an app built to show the site and nothing else. The app also needs to completely over ride any of the native functionality of the device (Nexus 7's), so the users cannot access any other functionality of the device....

Does anyone know if there is anything out there already, where you can predetermine a URL and then the device will look down?

There's nothing out there like that - it's called custom-designed hardware and you hire a manufacturer to design and build it.
