App Marketing / Pay-Per-Install ?

Have any developers here had success with app marketing? Do you know of any services / companies that can drive downloads? I'm looking for CPD or pay-per-install programs. I know about TapJoy, PapayaMobile, and Everbadge. Not super interested in advertising agencies with CPC, but if you know of a solid one, would love to hear about it.

Any suggestions and advice would be amazing! Thx!

I'd suggest a dev forum. There are devs here but you'll get far less hits posting in a user forum.
