Apps App Not Goig to Landscape on Some Devices

I have an app and users of certain devices suchs as the my touch q are reporting that the app doesn't go to landscape mode when rotated. I've tested on two different tablets and a phone myself and I haven't had this problem. Anybody have ideas or suggestions? Thanks

I would suggest trying to figure out which phones are having the problem then seeing if those specific phones have any known flaws with something like that
