Help app not install

my device is kitkat MT6582. problem is app download from play store but not install pls help for solve the problem

Best I can think of is to clear the cache for the play store. If that doesn't work, try clearing all of the data...

Next thing to try would be clearing the cache and data of the Google Play Services app...

If that still doesn't work, see if you can uninstall the updates to Google Play, and if so, do it...

Only other thing I can think of would be to flash a gApps package, but you will need Root access and a custom recovery to do this (if you don't know what this means, search this forum for your phone model and check the "Rooting" sub-forum for details, if it's possible to root your device)...
