Help app not loading

Here's my theory, and this is only a guess.
Reading through the reviews it seems like there were some connectivity issues. An update fixed that. The permissions say that a data connection is required. The SM-T320 is a WiFi only device. I wonder if the update happened while you didn't have it installed.

You can try to contact support and see what they say.

you install from Play Store or apk file? if apk file, i think the app ver is no longer compatible with your Android. Try getting newer ver.
Hi I used the play store app just as I have before but this time it says my device is not compatible , very strange indeed.

with every device it happend that when newer version of app available , play store shows it is not compatable with your device.
in such a case find the apps apk outside the store from any where and install it.
the app will get installed.

Yes if you go to the apk in the play store and read about the apk where it says more,it will tell you which device is no longer supported, your apk was probably not updated and when you factory reset it it and downloaded the app it downloaded the updated app. Sorry.

Yeah problem solved, I did find an apk and it downloaded just fine, thanks for all the help. Now I have a launcher problem I can't drag apps from one page to another using the standard android launcher but if I change to a different one it works ok.
