App notification problem

[Android Question]

I have QMobile A60. Android version 4.1.1.
I'm having problems in my phone.

1) I don't get notifications from my apps such as Twitter, Snapchat and Instagram. I double checked the settings and the notification is set on 'ON', still not getting any notifications...

seconly only recently almost every application is crashing. I don't think that is normal as in an app problem but the cellphone problem.

can you please suggest me what I should do to get notifications and stop the apps from crashing?

P.S I'm a new user of Android. This is the first android phone I bought.

I did the cache wipeout. Didn't work, anyways I download this app, 'SL Push test notification'. Did the test and it started working properly. BUT not getting notifications from Instagram. Double checked the app setting. Notifications are on!

You could also try just uninstalling these applications and redownloading them. It's a pain in the butt, but unfortunately sometimes just brings the notifications back.
