Help App Notifications does not display on my infinix zero mobile

Hi,

App Notifications are not display on my infinix zero mobile for apps except the phone and messaging app.

Number of new notification count does not display on the Facebook app icon. Same issue with the Gmail app icon also.

Show Notifications are already checked for all apps
Ex:
Settings -> Apps -> Show Notifications
I have kitkat 4.4.2 in my mob.

Appreciate any help on this to fix my issue.

The "Show notifications" setting you mention is for status bar notifications. "Number of new notification count" is launcher dependent. Check the settings there.
