app notifications

does anyone know how to get APP notifications to come across with sound. like if there is an app notification like from Words With FRiends or an app that has been downloading and ready to play it only vibrates my phone... EVERYTHING else has a tone.. txt calls but not apps

I've been trying to figure this out myself with no luck. I was hoping I could configure them in LightFlow, but the "Miscellaneous Apps" section doesn't have anything in it.
