App or feature - Does this exist

Hi All

I have a HTPC and on it I run XBMC (media centre) for movies and all that.

Anyway I just found that XBMC has an Android remote control app that simply acts as a remote for my HTPC.

This is awesome and it works great, the problem is that I need XBMC running for it to work obviously. So I'm wondering if there is a Android app out there that would basically let me run a program on my HTPC with a click on an icon of my phone?

Something as simple as an android app that sends a keyboard command to my HTPC (or any computer on my wifi network, which is how the XBMC remote works), something as simple as that would do the trick, all I would need to do then is make a shortcut for XBMC which starts by a keyboard command (like Cltr Alt M or something lol)

Any ideas? Does this exist?
