App Problems On Phone

I have the cincinnati bell blaze, but I dont think thats the problem. About week ago something started to happen, whenever I was using an app and then presseed the home button it would go a blank home screen, eventually bringing back all of the apps. Its not a major problem, but its very annoying.

If you long press on the home screen, you will be taken to the most recent apps screen. Is this what you're seeing?

It's the Android Home Screen Redraw problem. Googling will give you heaps of hits.
I've also suffered it. Seems to be due to insufficient free memory so I deleted unused apps and particularly widgets, and rarely get it now.
