app problems

I have the face book app installed and all I get is network error. The xfinity mobile app keeps insisting that I do not have a comcast account when I have had for years. Previously both these apps worked and now nothing.

Are you connecting through wifi or mobile data? Did any passwords or protocols change on your network recently? It sounds like you don't have an active data connection.
