App Protector Pro help??!!

I bought this app a while ago, and had created a password that i use for everything. i set it to lock practically everything. i havent used it since i bought it, and there have been updates for it. i accidentally pressed the app and it locked everything. the default nor the created password will unlock it.

is there any way to remove the app from the computer? im trying to avoid going through the ******ed service at verizon.

I would contact the app's developer, they can probably help you remove it.
