app recovery?

so i had to restore my phone but i moved my apps to my sd card how to i get them back on the phone from sd card??? help me plz

There are apps in the market that can do this pretty easily:

Or you can do it the manual way. Push Menu (the button) > Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > On SD Card > find the app and click it, then click "Move to Phone"
