can someone please write an app to simply sync an itunes playlist to an android device? winamp and doubletwist don't work for me.

Google Play Music does this pretty well. And unless you have more than 20,000 songs, it's completely free!

Download the Google Play Music desktop application and it will do just that
Then install the Android app and it should all be there
