Hi, I would need an app that basically tracks phone calls.

In my business my customers call me to place their order, or I call them for their orders. Now I have too many customers and I sometimes forget to call them. This software would help me to notice when things are going wrong and I am losing customers to other competitors.
I need a software that will track my phone calls and then inform me whom I haven't called or vice versa within a set time frame.

1. I want the software to be able to choose from my phone contacts which ones are customers
2. I want the software to group the customers into response days e.g some customers buy every 4 days some every week and others every month.
3. The software should alert me of that particular customer whose time frame has exceeded without any contact on my or his part.
4. I want to be able to set reminders for customers whom I have not been in touch with, be it every 2 hours, every day or once a week UNTIL I either call him or he calls me and after which the set time frame would start again.

Example.
I have a customer called Smith saved on my phone contacts. I open the software and add him on my track list. Smith usually calls me two times a week to place an order so I choose the software to alert me if he hasn't called me or I haven't called him in 4 days. Now we have not been in contact for 4 days and the software alerts me telling I should be in touch with Smith. If at the time of the alarm I am busy I will choose to postpone the alert to pop up every 2 hours. When we finally are in touch, the 4 days time frame starts again automatically.

Do your customers always call from a telephone number that is in your contacts list? I am assuming that the way the software would determine whether you've talked to Smith would be by noticing that Smith's phone number has been used on a call. The only other way I can see would be for the app to allow you to note that a customer has has been contacted. Is that an additional feature we should consider?

Are you concerned about customers that call you without ordering? In other words, does the app just track whether you've been contacted, or whether you've gotten an order?

Thank you for your reply. I see you have understood my point. Yes, all my customers are in my contact list. I am also assuming that the way the software would determine whether I have talked to Smith would be by noticing that Smith's phone number has been used on a call (both incoming/outgoing).

I am not concerned about customers calling without ordering. It could be annoying if the phone always alerted me asking if Mr Smith made an order. It would kinda be too much work, the easiest way is to just track the contact between me and Smith. All calls count. As long as there is communication between me and my customer it shows that I have not forgotten that particular customer. :)

But in fact there could be an option in the app to choose whether you want those kind of alerts to be popping up. In that case I'd like to choose which customers would have this option in use.

Hi Silene, is the response days has only three options? 4 days, week and month, or it can be multiple choices?
