App residue?

When you uninstall an app from the market in ICS, should it remove all traces of that app? I installed Evernote and then decided to uninstall because I am not comfortable with the permissions, specifically READ SENSITIVE LOG DATA. I figured that I could still use the service without the app by accessing via the web browser. I bookmarked the Evernote sign-in page on my homescreen and the Evernote icon appears as the bookmark instead of every other bookmark I have made where the small icon appears inside the red bookmark icon. Does this mean there is still some Evernote app cache on my device or is this normal?

Thanks

I think evernote takes too many liberties with their app, permissions, and the way it installs,
I have a phone with limited internal memory, and I try to save as much as I can. I use titanium backup, and links2sd to move app data to where i want it. I moved evernote to the sd card, and all its data. Titanium backup, and links2sd, said that it moved, but later(without rebooting the phone), in the day , it moved back to internal memory! I've tried to do this at least 10 times! I even tried rebooting, fixing permissions, running an older backup, everything I could think of ( including using the adb), but it still reverts to the internal memory. In the end, I got fed up, and uninstalled it, everything of it. I want to make the decisions, not a rouge app!
