App Showing update available?

I used to have an app. that showed if a firmware update was available to download. It would show this by the icon changing. I don't seem to have it any more after doing a factory reset. Anybody got any ideas to get it back please?

Thanks for your help imgburn. I can't find the file on my phone but I can't find system either. Is that folder hidden? I've done an internet search and can't find the file to download either so would appreciate it if you could find a way of giving it to me.

Thanks for your help ImgBurn. I tried the file though and for some reason it wont work on my device. It just comes up with application not installed. Anyway thanks again. It's not essential it's just that it saves me connecting to kies to see if there is a new update.
