App specific Location mode

Is there a way to have app-specific mode for Location. For instance, what if I want to use Hi-accuracy mode only while using Maps, is there a way i can specify which app should use which mode of Location?
 
By "hi-accuracy" you mean using GPS instead of just cell towers?
Tasker can certainly do this. You can turn GPS/Location off but have it set up to turn that feature on whenever X app is opened.
