Help App store blank screen

Hi,

We've got a xoom and it's working fine except for one small thing that's been happening for about 6 weeks or so; the App Store won't load from the app itself. I can go browser > Android app store and look online, and if i order things from my PC it downloads OK but if i click the 'App Store' app then the app opens, and it has the title bar, has the options button top right, but nothing loads up. The spinner doesnt go aruond to say 'loading' and it just stays blank.

Also if i go from my 'desktop' to 'Apps' top right, then 'App Store' at the top again, same story.

Any ideas?

It seems to download / install / launch upgrades screen ok although I still can't get to the app store from the 'upgrade' screen.

do you have a wifi or 3g xoom?
us or uk/overseas version?

have you all the latest updates installed?

are you rooted?

are you the original owner?

are you using the primary gmail address for your tablet?

Hi there

Wifi UK with all updates that it said were available.

Yes we're the original owners and i dont know what rooted means. We setup a gmail account specifically for the tablet and that's what we're using.
