[app suggestion needed] Bad app scanner?

Is there any way to scan the phone to find out if any apps are responsible for messing the phone up? I've searched the forums but I couldn't find anything. I remember something related to this being posted some time ago.

hmmm. What do you mean by messing up the phone?
Using a lot of memory?
Using a lot of cpu?
Changing settings?
Something malicious?

As in phone call being made while listening to music, keyboard acting wacky, things like that.
